Our origins date from 1870 in Agón, a village at the foot of the Moncayo Mountains in Aragon, Spain. where the Medina family began to grow olive groves, maintaining a family tradition founded on love for their land, origins and tradition.The empeltre variety has been cultivated by Phoenicians and Romans in our territory for centuries, being one of the oldest varieties of olive tree in the world. Our 100% empeltre oil is classified within the highest category that exists of virgin olive oils, it is an extra virgin olive oil of early harvest and cold extraction with high quantity in polyphenols.
