Olithea is an organic Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Corfu island. Our family has been involved in olive oil production for more than a century, looking after our organic grove in Agios Matheos in southern Corfu, Greece. Our olive trees are centuries old and produce an excellent premium extra virgin from a rare olive variety, “Lianolia” variety, which is extremely high in beneficial polyphenols.
