Along with truffles, my enthusiasm for olive oil and wine grew, especially when I opened a restaurant in Livade. Then, I realized something else was missing, and I started producing olive oil and then wines. Today, I have seven hectares of olive grove with 1,400 trees, which produced 230 quintals of olives in the last harvest, equal to about 2,500 liters of oil.
