The Mol\u00ed Coloma oil mill is located in a privileged spot on a stretch of the Roman Via Augusta between Sant Sadurn\u00ed and Gelida, on the banks of the river Anoia and at the foot of the mountain of Montserrat. The ancestral oil farming tradition was taken up by the Sumarroca family, who revived the Arbosana variety, originally from Pened\u00e8s, and began to produce it together with Greece\u2019s Koroneiki variety. A successful Mediterranean partnership through Arbequina, Arbosana and Koroneiki. Mol\u00ed Coloma\u2019s crops are located in the regions of Pened\u00e8s and Priorat. These are small plots of land worked by farmers using a traditional approach and high quality standard guidelines.
